Boop is a private family sharing application that allows users to capture, share, and organize family memories including photos, videos, and milestone moments. Our Service enables families to create private groups for sharing content exclusively with invited family members and close friends.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain more than one account

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Boop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Upload content containing nudity, violence, or inappropriate material
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share content that promotes hate speech or discrimination

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to Boop
• You grant us a limited license to display, store, and share your content as part of the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you share
• You can delete your content at any time

Our Content

The Service, including its design, functionality, features, and frames, is owned by Boop and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Privacy and Family Sharing

• Content shared in family groups is visible only to invited members
• You are responsible for managing who can see your family content
• We do not share your personal content publicly or with third parties for marketing
• Parents/guardians are responsible for content featuring minors
• Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use

Content Reporting and Moderation

We provide tools for users to report content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines:

• Users can report inappropriate content through our reporting system
• We review reported content and take appropriate action
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

Subscription and Payment Terms

While Boop currently offers free service, we may introduce premium features in the future:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Service Availability and Modifications

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the app. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Entire Agreement
